About this role

The primary responsibility of the Facilities Manager is to oversee the organization’s Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Grounds/Floor Services. This role ensures all department supervisors and staff are aware of priority projects and that work orders are completed in a timely and quality manner. This role oversees all parts and supplies purchase orders and processes. The Facilities Manager is responsible for the decision making and planning to ensure the facility is operating smoothly and successfully.
