About this role
The cook ensures an exceptional dining experience for residents, families, and guests by utilizing “Scratch” cooking. Cooks follow recipes and meal plans provided by leadership for each meal, snack, special event, or other dining-related experience. Cooks are expected to comply with federal and state laws and regulations, as well as New Perspective policies and procedures. The cook champions the customer service experience as well as the Company’s mission of Residents First in Everything We Do.
