About this role
The Care Team Manager Specialist (CTMS) serves as the caregiver manager where needed, typically temporarily, and assists with onboarding and mentoring new Care Team Managers, as assigned. The CTM directly supervises the Caregiving department who serve residents in the assisted living (AL) and/or memory care (MC) neighborhoods. This role champions the customer service experience and the company’s mission of Residents First in Everything We Do.
