Newbury Living is seeking an accomplished Property Director to lead The Linden, a 216-unit apartment community in Kansas City, through the final phase of stabilization and into sustained high performance. This is a results-driven leadership role for a seasoned operator who knows how to close out a turnaround — locking in gains, building durable systems, and elevating the resident experience as the property transitions from recovery to excellence. The Property Director will partner directly with an Assistant Property Manager and Maintenance Technicians to drive occupancy, financial performance, and operational consistency.
