About this role
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. • 5–8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying for building, urban, infrastructure, or mixed-use projects. • Experience in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and budget monitoring. • Review and verification of contractor bills, variations, and rate analysis. • Knowledge of tendering, contract administration, and project cost control. • Coordination with project teams, consultants, and contractors for commercial matters. • Preparation of cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and project MIS. • Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying tools/software. • Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work on multiple projects and ensure timely commercial deliverables.
