About this role
Job Title: Resident Engineer – Civil (Railway / ROB Project) Experience: 12–15 Years Industry: Railways / Transportation / Infrastructure Location: Project Site Job Responsibilities:
• Overall supervision and management of Railway & ROB (Road Over Bridge) construction works.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Lead site engineers, inspectors, and contractor teams.
• Coordinate with Railways authorities, contractors, and consultants.
• Review and approve construction methodology, DPRs, and work programs.
• Monitor project progress, quality control, measurements, and billing.
• Resolve site technical issues and ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, and safety requirements.
Qualification:
• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered).
Key Skills:
• ROB & Railway project execution
• RCC / PSC structures, piling, foundations
• Contract & site management
• QA/QC, safety & compliance
• Coordination with Railway authorities
Preferred Experience:
• Experience as Resident Engineer / Senior Site Engineer in ROB projects under Indian Railways / Metro / Highway projects.
