About this role
The Clinical Services Supervisor (CSS) works to support the mission and vision of Neighborhood Healthcare by cultivating an environment that produces excellent patient-centered care and clinical services within a dynamic team setting. This role will ensure smooth workflow for clinical staff by monitoring quality measures and productivity goals. In addition, this role will support staff development by demonstrating and living the company values. The responsibilities and performance expectations for this role fall into three categories: staff management and development, clinical administration, and operations management. Schedule: Monday-Friday. 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
