About this role
The Certified Nursing Assistant works to support the mission and vision of Neighborhood Healthcare (NHC) PACE by supporting the nursing team with daily nursing care and services. This role will perform routine technical tasks and health screenings with participants. In addition, this role will assist participants with their basic needs, activities of daily living, recreational activities, and provide escort services for participants traveling to and from medical appointments and services. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm(30-minute lunch)
