Personal Care Assistant - PCA at ONE PATIENT AT A TIME OPAAT COMPANI. Location: Middletown or Guilford or Durham or Northford or Colchester or Middletown or Cromwell or Waterbury or New Britain or Newington or Southington or Derby or Wallingford or Meriden or Rocky Hill. Role: Assist with ADLs, Support IADLs, Provide companionship Requirements: Experience with dementia (4+ years) and mobility support; valid driver’s license; insured vehicle; willingness to travel up to 30 minutes; ability to work 4-hour shifts including mornings, evenings, overnights; weekends and holidays; CPR/First Aid preferred; background check required.
