About this role
The Data Engineer is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing Broadway Direct’s data infrastructure. This role ensures reliable data pipelines, high data integrity, and scalable systems that support ticketing, marketing, CRM, and reporting across the organization. The Data Engineer will own data architecture across Snowflake, Salesforce, and AWS, leveraging tools such as Fivetran for ingestion, dbt for transformation, and HighTouch for reverse ETL and operational activation. This role partners closely with analytics, marketing, and ticketing teams to enable data-driven decision making. While some operational data tasks are supported by a Data Engineering Intern, this role is accountable for designing systems that reduce manual work, improve reliability, and scale efficiently.
