Role: leading crews, overseeing equipment, monitoring production Requirements: 10+ years progressive underground drilling/mechanical excavation experience (≥5 years supervisory on raisebore/blindbore/shaft projects); MSHA knowledge; valid driver's license; willingness to travel extensively (75–100%); strong leadership and communication.
