About this role
The NERC CIP Reliability Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive NERC CIP Reliability Compliance Program by establishing required plans, schedules, procedures, tools, and processes. Support the planning and delivery of training and communications to ensure personnel understand and comply with all NERC CIP requirements. Assist with program development activities, including gap analyses, mock audits, audit participation, and ongoing compliance training, while fostering a strong culture of compliance. Additionally, it represents Gridforce in interactions with clients and business partners. The initial compensation will range from $107,300 to $123,400
