About this role
Reporting to the Property Management Supervisor, the Property Management and Housing Support Coordinator supports property management operations, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and policy compliance to help maintain a safe, clean, and healthy living environment. This role also provides operational and administrative support, responds to tenant concerns, and contributes to consistent service delivery and effective site operations. In addition, the role supports the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being of residents in Permanent Supportive Housing, working collaboratively with their support systems to promote independence, community engagement, and housing stability.
