About this role
The Assistant Banquet Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of banquet functions and coordinates activity daily. Oversees banquet events and ensures that banquet staff follows all service standards, departmental procedures, and property policies. Required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the operation.
