About this role
The HR Generalist provides comprehensive support in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role ensures compliance with employment laws, maintains employee records, administers HR programs, and supports staff and management across all HR functions, including, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training. The HR Generalist acts as a trusted partner and resource for employees while promoting the organization’s mission, values, and culture. This is a hybrid role, where the ideal candidate will be available to work from the MADD Mission Support Center in Las Colinas, several days of the week. The salary for this position is $62,000.
