About this role
The Reporting, Evaluation, and Data Integration (REDI) Supervisor reports to and coordinates with the Strategy and Performance Lead to identify, prioritize, and set direction for Mosaic’s REDI team. This position oversees the daily execution of Mosaic PCN's reporting, evaluation, research, and data integration activities. The REDI Supervisor works closely with the Strategy and Performance Lead and consults directly with leaders and employees across the organization to support program reporting, evaluation, and data needs. In addition to the technical aspects of the position, the REDI Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day people management of the REDI team including task supervision and assignments, performance reviews, scheduling, and coaching.
