About this role
The HRIS Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, optimization, and operational stability of Morton Salt’s UKG environment, while also supporting a broader HR technology landscape that includes Dayforce, SAP, ADP, and related systems. This role serves as the primary owner of UKG (including UKG Pro and UKG Workforce/Time solutions), ensuring the system is effectively configured, supported, and continuously improved to meet business and compliance needs. In addition, this role provides oversight and coordination across other HR systems, ensuring data consistency, integration stability, and effective cross-system processes.
