What You Will Be Doing:
The CSC Mail Support Assistant is responsible for the processing (printing, stuffing, and mailing) of donor status letters and other individual donor correspondence, as well as additional office work.
Essential Functions:
• Labels, stuffs, and mails correspondence
• Prints letters and mailing labels
• Generates and merges mailing reports
• Generates correspondence for individual donors
• Resends premiums which have been returned
• Provides support during Share and other campaigns
• Performs clerical and special duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
• Attention to detail
• Methodical and process-oriented
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Availability during MBI Spring break and Summer break
• Experience drafting personalized professional letters and written correspondence
Preferred Requirements:
• Familiarity with the mail merge function in Microsoft Word
