Role: coordinating safety, supervising subcontractors, managing projects Requirements: 3+ years construction/site superintendent experience (modular preferred); located in TX, LA, GA, FL, SC, or NC; 75% travel; OSHA-30 (or obtain within 60 days); Class C driver's license; ability to read blueprints; proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and MS Project; pass pre-employment drug/alcohol and criminal checks; fluent English.
