Red Oak Medical Clinic, part of Montgomery County Memorial Hospital (MCMH), is seeking a Patient Access Representative to join our Primary Care team at the Red Oak Medical Clinic. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The Patient Access Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while serving as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. Duties include, but are not limited to, patient registration and scheduling, obtaining and verifying demographic and insurance information, collecting required signatures, answering and directing incoming telephone calls, managing appointment requests, and maintaining accurate patient records within the electronic health record system.
