About this role
The Senior Procurement & Fleet Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day procurement and fleet operations across Modern Niagara’s national footprint. This role is responsible for coordinating purchasing activities, supporting vendor interactions, assisting with pricing and contract coordination, administering vendor rebate programs, and coordinating fleet operations for approximately 500 vehicles. Reporting to the Procurement & Fleet Manager, this individual works closely with Operations, Finance, and external vendors to ensure procurement and fleet activities are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with business needs.
