About this role
**Work schedule is Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with some coverage after hours and weekends** Plan and provide direct outpatient client service and perform other counseling rehabilitation activities in the management of a client caseload that support the successful transition of clients to independent living and promote client independence and community integration, contributing to the achievement of client goals and objectives.
