About this role
• Check in stock orders and put parts in the correct BINS locations. • Pull technician orders and dispatch them to the shop. • Receive, reconcile, and locate shipments from outside vendors. • Obtain parts from local vendors as needed via Company vehicle. • Help with inventory management of current and new parts. • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Parts Department • Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors. • Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up • Checks payments received with the invoices for each delivery • Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. Requests recipient's signature on each delivery entry • Unloads truck each night, returning all paperwork and undelivered parts.
