The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating appointments and driving showroom traffic by responding to internet leads, phone inquiries, and customer follow-ups. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining strong communication, and supporting the sales team in achieving dealership goals. Responsibilities include: Handle approximately 115 or more calls per day - inbound/outbound combination Responsible for setting, confirming, and following up with customer appointments Communicate professionally with customers and fellow employees Qualifications: Computer skills Ability to multi-task Excellent communication skills Experience in a call center or the automotive industry is a plus High School Diploma or GED required
