About this role
We’re seeking a pragmatic Lead Product Designer to help one of Europe’s fastest-growing legal tech companies elevate its product experience end to end. Our workflow- and AI products are already in market; now we need strong design skills, excellent craft (including solid UI skills), and scalable design processes to support rapid growth. As our Lead Designer, you’ll own major product experiences while helping establish the foundations of our design practice. You’ll stay hands-on while mentoring junior designers, improving discovery processes, and building the UX frameworks that make our product intuitive, consistent, and loved by a conservative user base (law firms). For a designer who loves solving complex problems, creating clarity from ambiguity, and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and AI teams, this is a chance to have outsized impact in one of the industries being most fundamentally transformed by AI.
