We are seeking an experienced Workforce Analytics Manager to lead the development of workforce reporting, executive dashboards, and analytical frameworks that provide meaningful insights into organizational performance, workforce utilization, and capacity planning.

As our Workforce Analytics Manager, you will serve as the firm's central resource for workforce analytics, operational reporting, and business intelligence.
Working closely with Executive Leadership and department leaders, you'll transform workforce and operational data into actionable insights that support workforce planning, operational efficiency, and continuous business improvement.

What You'll Do
Workforce Analytics
• Design and maintain workforce reporting frameworks utilizing Time Doctor, Looker Studio, and other business intelligence tools.
• Analyze workforce trends, utilization rates, staffing capacity, and organizational performance across departments.
• Develop executive dashboards, workforce scorecards, and reporting solutions that provide meaningful operational visibility.
• Translate workforce data into actionable insights and strategic business recommendations.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
• Develop executive-level dashboards and reporting packages that provide visibility into workforce and operational performance.
• Monitor workforce utilization, attendance, staffing capacity, and operational efficiency metrics.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc analytical reports for executive leadership.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms and business intelligence systems.
Workforce Planning & Forecasting
• Support workforce planning initiatives through capacity modeling and staffing forecasts.
• Analyze historical workforce data to identify trends, risks, and future resource requirements.
• Partner with department leaders to evaluate staffing needs and workforce planning assumptions.
• Provide data-driven recommendations that support sustainable organizational growth.
Workforce Insights & Business Analysis
• Identify workforce trends, utilization patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement through quantitative analysis.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on workforce and operational variances.
• Assess the effectiveness of workforce metrics, productivity measures, and operational KPIs.
• Develop recommendations that enhance reporting methodologies, KPI frameworks, and workforce measurement practices.
• Partner with department leaders to validate workforce metrics and support KPI development.
• Evaluate workforce initiatives and operational programs through trend analysis and performance reporting.
• Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership in a clear and actionable manner.
Reporting Systems & Analytics Optimization
• Continuously improve reporting methodologies, dashboard functionality, and analytical processes.
• Collaborate with Technology, Data, and Operations teams to enhance reporting automation and business intelligence capabilities.
• Develop standardized reporting metrics, definitions, and data governance practices.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation to strengthen workforce analytics.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in workforce analytics, business intelligence, operational reporting, workforce planning, or related analytical roles.
• Demonstrated experience developing executive dashboards and business intelligence reporting solutions.
• Proven experience analyzing workforce trends, forecasting staffing needs, and supporting data-driven business decisions.
• Advanced proficiency with Time Doctor, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional proficiency in English with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Experience within Personal Injury law firms, legal services, BPO organizations, or other professional services environments.
• Experience with dashboard automation, reporting optimization, and business intelligence platforms.
• Familiarity with workforce planning methodologies and organizational capacity modeling.
• Experience leveraging AI technologies to improve analytics, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Professional certifications such as:
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate
• Tableau Certified Professional
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Workforce Planning Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
