What You'll Do
Data Reporting & Analysis
• Assist in preparing and maintaining reports using Google Sheets, DOMO, BigQuery, and other analytics tools.
• Support data validation, cleanup, and basic analysis for operational and departmental reporting.
• Help identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities through data review.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain reporting quality.
Dashboard Support
• Assist in updating and maintaining dashboards in DOMO and other reporting platforms.
• Support the team in ensuring dashboard accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Learn and apply best practices in data visualization and dashboard design.
Data Automation & Process Improvement
• Support automation initiatives using Google Sheets formulas, Google Apps Script, SQL, or similar tools.
• Help improve reporting efficiency by reducing manual processes.
• Assist in maintaining reporting workflows, integrations, and automation processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with business teams to gather reporting requirements.
• Participate in meetings and provide reporting support when needed.
• Learn how analytics supports operational and strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate with senior analysts on ongoing reporting initiatives.
Business Intelligence Support
• Assist with tracking departmental KPIs and operational performance metrics.
• Support ongoing reporting, performance monitoring, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Help prepare summaries, dashboards, and visual reports for leadership review.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, filters, PivotTables, and charts.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Professional proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong willingness to learn analytics platforms, automation tools, and reporting processes.
Preferred Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or Google Apps Script.
• Exposure to business intelligence platforms such as DOMO, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with BigQuery or cloud-based data platforms.
• Interest in reporting automation, business intelligence, and data visualization.
• Internship or academic project experience involving analytics or reporting is a plus.
