We are seeking an experienced Case Manager (Bilingual) to oversee the day-to-day management of personal injury cases, ensuring every client receives outstanding service while helping maximize case value and settlement outcomes.

As our Case Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their case, ensuring they receive timely communication, appropriate medical care, and exceptional support from intake through settlement.
You'll collaborate closely with attorneys, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to build stronger cases, maintain accurate documentation, and keep every file progressing efficiently.

What You'll Do
Case Management & Client Communication
• Manage an assigned portfolio of personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive updates and exceptional customer service.
• Monitor case progress to ensure milestones, deadlines, and documentation requirements are met.
• Build strong relationships with clients while managing expectations throughout the legal process.
Medical Coordination
• Coordinate medical appointments, treatment schedules, and provider communication.
• Contact medical providers regularly to obtain treatment updates and ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor client treatment progress and identify potential delays or issues.
• Educate clients regarding treatment plans, appointments, and required documentation.
Medical Records & Case Development
• Collect, review, organize, and maintain medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare complete and organized medical files for demand preparation and settlement negotiations.
• Identify missing documentation and proactively obtain required records.
• Maintain accurate digital files using Filevine or designated case management systems.
Insurance & Claims Coordination
• Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters regarding claim status and documentation.
• Track claim activity and maintain complete records of all communications.
• Support attorneys by ensuring files are organized and settlement-ready.
• Assist with resolving administrative issues that could delay case progression.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with attorneys, negotiators, legal assistants, and medical providers to support successful case outcomes.
• Communicate effectively across departments to ensure seamless case management.
• Utilize case management systems to organize priorities and maintain accurate documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and client experience.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Personal Injury, legal case management, insurance claims, or medical coordination.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Experience communicating with clients, healthcare providers, and insurance adjusters.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active cases.
• Experience using Filevine, CasePeer, or similar legal case management software.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to client service.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working for a U.S. Personal Injury Law Firm.
• Knowledge of medical records, demand preparation, and settlement processes.
• Experience managing high-volume personal injury caseloads.
• Familiarity with medical billing and insurance claims processes.
