The 2026 starting salary range is $34.12 - $36.37 per hour ($70,969.60 - $75,649.60 annually), depending on qualifications and experience. Performs work performing civil engineering work in surveying, roadway design, construction observation and material verification, and inspection of construction and maintenance for road and bridge projects, assisting in the development and preparation of project plans, performing right-of- way acquisitions, wetland mitigation, maintaining construction bid, method, and money files and records.
