About this role
The Peer Support Coordinator is a peer-based recovery support position with coordinating treatment services for adults served by MN Adult & Teen Challenge. This role combines Peer Recovery Support Services (PRSS) with treatment coordination, using lived recovery experience to support treatment & recovery coordination, ensuring services are person-centered, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and compliant with Minnesota Statutes and DHS licensing standards. This role partners with clients, supervisors, licensed professionals, and community providers to support sustained recovery, continuity of care, and positive outcomes.
