About the role
Your main tasks and responsibilities
• Drive customer engagement across Australia & Oceania, fostering strong relationships through direct and digital interactions.
• Execute strategic sales and marketing activities aligned with sustainability, digital innovation, and energy transition initiatives.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle, ensuring compliance with global standards and project requirements.
• Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and high-growth sectors.
• Maintain performance reporting, contribute to continuous improvement, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate across global and local teams to drive innovation, share insights, and enhance customer-centric solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need
• Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business (or equivalent experience).
• Industry-related experience, including complex tenders and contract negotiation.
• Background in quality assurance/management and knowledge of quality standards systems.
• Trusted relationship and stakeholder management, customer-oriented mindset.
• Business acumen and understanding of industry trends.
• Clear communication, strong negotiation, and persuasive skills.
• Ability to travel regularly for customer visits
• Experience with API pumps (highly regarded)
