About the role
To receive hand over Project from Sales/Tendering and manage it until delivery to customers and completion of warranty period.Main tasks and responsibilities
• Leads Project Managers Team and provide direction / support for escalated project issues. • Provide Sales and Cash Colletion update to Top Management in regular basis. • Work closely with Sales team to gather insights of upcoming projects and provide feedback if needed. • Bridge communication with respective parties including Customer for any disputes and settle it. • Review all project progress in regular basis and point out any risk observed and settle with respective PM. • Review project life cycle by planning, budgeting, scheduling and tracking a project plan and execution to meet customer expectations and comply with commercial agreements. • Challenge Sales forecasting for existing project backlog to get more revenues • Define project goals, communicate with stakeholders, team members, vendors, and customers, and manage a project through to its closure. • Order booking, managing project resources (including teams and workers) and documenting the progress of the project. • Assessing and mitigating the risk, troubleshooting, and leading quality assurance to delight customers and deliver project margin as committed or even better. • Responsible for billing/invoicing, revenue, and cash collection, updated regularly, and took necessary action to meet the target. • Conduct people and performance review: people development, competency review, succession planning, cross-culture, code of conduct, and compliance.

Education requirements:
• Bachelor degree in engineering or in related field Job experience:
• > 5 years work related experience mainly in the engineered-to-order and services. Knowledge requirements (professional, technical, language):
• Fluent English • Project management • Computer literate and Microsoft office
