From concept through production, you'll help shape the visual identity of Fleet Farm's growing portfolio of private label brands.
What You'll Do
• Develop and execute innovative packaging designs for Fleet Farm's private label brands, including labels, cartons, boxes, apparel tags, inserts, and other packaging components.

• Develop and maintain private label brand standards, packaging templates, dielines, and production guidelines that improve efficiency, consistency, and speed to market.
• Create 2D and 3D mockups, prototypes, and renderings to communicate packaging concepts and support cross-functional decision-making.
• Prepare production-ready artwork, including dielines, color specifications, proofs, and print files that meet vendor and printer requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Creative, Product Development, and supplier partners to bring new products from concept through shelf-ready execution.
• Select and recommend packaging materials while considering cost, functionality, sustainability, and production feasibility.
• Ensure packaging complies with brand standards, legal requirements, labeling regulations, and print production specifications.
• Conduct competitive research and evaluate packaging trends, consumer preferences, and retail merchandising strategies to continually improve Fleet Farm's private label brands.
• Retouch and prepare product photography and supporting imagery for packaging and related product launch materials.
• Maintain organized digital assets, version control, and file management to support ongoing packaging development.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Demonstrate a proactive mindset by identifying opportunities to improve workflows, elevate creative quality, and streamline packaging processes.
• Support additional packaging and product launch initiatives as assigned.
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience designing consumer product packaging, preferably supporting private label or retail brands.
• A strong portfolio showcasing consumer product packaging is required. Portfolio examples should demonstrate packaging systems, typography, branding, layout, and projects taken from concept through production.

• Knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and manufacturing requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to balance creativity and production requirements.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to receive feedback, adapt designs, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
