About this role
Under the direction of the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Senior Industrial Automation/Controls Engineer is a highly experienced technical leader responsible for independently leading, designing, and executing automation initiatives across the organization. This role requires full ownership of system design, implementation, and optimization without supervision. In addition, Senior Industrial Automation/Controls Engineer will mentor and develop Automation Engineering staff, driving standardization, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across all automation efforts.
