MidSouth Electric Co-op is seeking an eager to learn and safety focused Apprentice Groundman to join our MidSouth line crew and our DOL Lineman Apprenticeship program! Under supervision, the Apprentice Groundman will learn and perform basic aspects of the Lineman trade. This entry level position will learn the construction, maintenance, and service on electrical overhead and underground distribution systems with energized lines. This position will prepare for entry into our 4-year Lineman Apprenticeship Program to one day become a Journeyman Lineman.
