Role: managing accounting, supervising staff, ensuring compliance Requirements: University degree in Accounting/Finance required; 5+ years general ledger experience with 3+ years in a senior/chief accountant role; NGO finance experience preferred; BAS and electronic document systems (Vchasno, M.E.Doc) experience; strong UA GAAP and tax knowledge; team management skills; Ukrainian proficiency.
