About this role
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager who is a hands-on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practitioner. This role is responsible for building a safe, proactive, and highly reliable maintenance system that supports manufacturing performance while developing people and strengthening partnerships across Operations and Engineering. The Maintenance Manager plays a critical role in shifting the organization from reactive maintenance to proactive, visual, and operator engaged equipment care, while creating a culture of ownership, safety, and continuous improvement.
