About this role
Mesa is hiring a Physical Engineering Supervisor I to lead a small team of substation physical engineers, designers, and drafters out of our Knoxville, TN office. You'll keep the team's work moving, represent the Physical group directly to our utility clients, and — as the PE on the team — review and sign/seal packages that require it. Additional design work may be necessary when workload calls for it. We're looking for someone who is energized by helping engineers grow as much as by getting good work out the door.
