About this role
Provide Network and Communications support to the Messer North America Business (primary) and Messer South America (secondary for Brazil, Chile, Colombia). Ensure trouble tickets and service requests are handled according to resolution SLAs. Network and Communications services include: LAN, WAN, VPN, WiFi, Remote Access (VPN), Video, Firewall, Security Services and Telephony. Ensure WAN/LAN Services are accurately documented within SolarWinds and ServiceNow CMDB. Work with 1st level Helpdesk and regional IS support teams to provide training and knowledge for efficient network and communications support to the business. Monitor WAN/LAN services to proactively identify service issues, optimal system software and prevent or reduce business impact.
