About this role
This position is responsible for assisting in designing and managing the architecture of our Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning implementations. In cooperation with our IT team, this individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless integrations with our ERP and other platforms, as well as troubleshooting and solving complex technical challenges related to data, integration, and advanced customization.
