About this role
The MEL & Communication Officer will support the effective implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) systems and communications strategies across Mercy Corps programs in Myanmar. Working under the supervision of the MEL & Communication Coordinator, the Officer will help ensure the timely collection, analysis, and use of quality data to inform program decisions and learning. The role will also contribute to the creation of engaging communications content and knowledge products that showcase program results, amplify community voices, and enhance visibility among internal and external stakeholders. The Officer will work closely with program teams and partners to promote a culture of evidence-based programming, learning, and transparent communication.
