About this role
The CARM Field Assistant will work with the Mercy Corps program team as well as our local partner organizations to oversee and ensure the accountability mechanisms are in place in the field and being functional. Create accessible and effective reporting mechanisms so that our participants and the communities in which we work are able to report disturbing situations or behaviors related to our staff, partners or programs, as well as any unlawful situations and behaviors.
