The Off-Farm/Employment Market Systems Development (MSD) Specialist will lead the design, implementation and monitoring of off-farm income generating and employment creation market-based interventions that foster economic recovery, resilience, sustainable economic growth, poverty reduction, and social cohesion in a post-conflict environment. This role requires a nuanced understanding of conflict dynamics, market fragility, and the specific challenges faced by vulnerable populations. In addition, the role requires a deep understanding of market systems, private sector engagement, and a proven ability to facilitate systemic change.
