About this role
The Team Lead is responsible for the overall management and implementation of LIWAY’s priority sectors, including any additional funding and staff, in line with the program’s approach and priorities. The role ensures coordination and alignment with other partners and Mercy Corps Ethiopia’s strategy. The Team Lead provides technical guidance on program planning and implementation using the Market Systems Development Approach, oversees effective delivery of activities, addresses challenges proactively, monitors program progress and risks, and supports timely adjustments through adaptive management and corrective actions.
