About this role
The Team Lead is responsible for the strategic planning, overall management, and implementation of LI-WAY’s priority sectors and any additional program funds and staff. The role ensures alignment with the LI-WAY program approach, partner activities, and Mercy Corps Ethiopia’s strategy. Key responsibilities include leading technical strategies, guiding program planning and implementation through a Market Systems Development approach, overseeing activity execution, addressing challenges proactively, monitoring progress and risks, applying monitoring and evaluation tools, and using adaptive management strategies to make timely adjustments. The Team Lead reports to the Deputy Program Manager.
