Essential Job Responsibilities
• Assist in sensitization of communities and traditional authorities on the targeting criteria and identification and registration of the program participants.
• Facilitating coordination with authorities and stakeholders for all activities (share information, assist as needed).
• Developing detailed monthly program implementation plans for the interventions; Assist in the registration of target households, ensuring that the data is collected and is recorded appropriately.
• Help oversee the implementation of the interventions and help ensure the resolution of any problems.
• Actively participate in relevant field assessments to identify the beneficiaries' needs, ensuring assessment findings are documented.
• Preparing weekly and monthly report and sharing with the Agriculture Coordinator and Officer
• Analyze assessment data and prepare reports on findings from assessments, site visits, and consultations with local authorities and community members.
• Develop and maintain good lines of communication and relationships with local authorities, the local community, and other stakeholders and partners.
• In consultation with the Program Manager, Agriculture Officer and Agriculture Coordinator activities to determine the success of interventions and document them with successful story and reports.
• Work with the Cash Officer and Assistants to update the work plan on a regular basis and identify any improvements required.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the security, political, cultural, and overall contextual situation in areas of program implementation.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all people involved in project implementation.
• Follow all MC protocols and regulations according to the guidance provided by the direct supervisor.
• Perform any other duty assigned by the supervisor.
