General Position Summary Under the umbrella of the Program Performance and Quality (PaQ) unit The MEL and CARM Officer is responsible for implementing monitoring, evaluation, learning (MEL), and community accountability and reporting mechanisms (CARM) for the designated activities. This role includes ensuring high-quality data collection, analysis, reporting, and fostering adaptive management strategies based on findings, and response to all feedback cases within the program, for activities implemented. The MEL and CARM Officer will ensure responding directly to all feedback concerns and complaints raised by program participants.
