About this role
The Communications and Learning Officer will support Mercy Corps programs in Northeast Nigeria by documenting program implementation, capturing lessons learned, and producing communication products that demonstrate program impact. Working closely with program teams and monitoring and evaluation staff, the officer will gather field-based insights, document beneficiary experiences, and translate program achievements into clear and compelling communication materials. The role will also support organizational learning by helping document best practices, program innovations, and operational lessons that can inform future programming.
