About this role
The NP is tasked with delivering equitable and accessible primary care and wellness services tailored to clients' medical and psychosocial needs, adhering strictly to federal and state laws. Drawing from the Community Needs Health Assessment and County Rankings Data, the APP will strategically coordinate essential medical care and outreach initiatives aimed at underserved adults and children in Washington County, Maryland.
