We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia.
As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our organization, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations.
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectivesManage the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecastsOversee budgeting processes and provide variance analysisLead and mentor a team of finance professionalsImplement and maintain robust internal controls and financiais systemsConduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvementEnsure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and tax lawsManage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutionsIdentify and mitigate financial risks to the organizationProvide financial insights and recommendations to senior management Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferredMinimum 8-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record in financial managementMust be bi-lingual in English and Indonesian LanguageStrong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a teamExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecastingAdvanced knowledge of financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Financials) and ExcelSolid understanding of risk management principles and practicesIn-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax lawsFamiliarity with international financial reporting standards (IFRS)Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Please note: This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
